I want to start this week with a little debriefing about last week with the headline of Blame it on the moon. Sometimes we just have to ride the wave no matter what it is and try to stay centered in the process. I have noticed more reactivity (sigh) than usual. Just keep doing you, use the tools you already have, and find some time to slough off excess energy, including physical activity and meditation. In my book, prayer is always helpful.
This week the angels would like us to focus on Leadership, and to me, there is no better way than by modeling what we do every day. I have people say to me, you just seem so calm, which is pretty funny to me since I am most definitely a type A personality. However, I do take the time to walk, meditate, and do those things I know help keep me stay grounded and centered even in the middle of chaos. What are some of the things you do that bring you back to center? Maybe it’s coloring a mandala from the 52 Weeks of Gratitude Journal, or meeting up on the 52 Weeks of Gratitude Movement FaceBook page to find support and uplifting messages. Or, maybe your center is in a wonderful yoga class or going with a friend for a Spa day. To model leadership qualities, we need to take the lead in our own life by reminding ourselves that self-care is necessary to refill the tank to provide that leadership to work, family, and even ourselves. Archangel Gabriel is the archangel who can help us with leadership, communicating, and emanating leadership qualities.
Our ally this week is Black Panther who’s attributes are forged in the mysteries of life and in stealthy power. This week Black Panther is asking us to be okay with what we don’t know and embrace not knowing; especially the future. Regardless of the destination, the journey is the most essential part. For all of us, there will always be another destination. As long as we are on the earth, we will never truly arrive.
Have a great week everyone, I’m sending you good vibes!
