I found myself looking back at this incredibly busy month and sort of doing a life review. We began the month with our focus on Archangel Chamuel and various aspects of peace. I found it interesting that I’m right back where we started but now looking at peace differently. When we talk about balance, work schedules, and self-care, we do so, hoping that it will make a difference in how we move through our lives. Are we peaceful, or stressed out and white-knuckling life? I’m sure that everyone reading this can relate to challenging schedules, daily responsibilities, and less time to fit it all in. One of my goals this month was to see how to create my daily experience of life to one that is more peaceful. I was surprised by what I discovered. It wasn’t about deligating and shifting real-world 101 responsibilities (although that too may also be appropriate). It was about my internal experience and how I respond or react to those experiences. Peace includes a healthy dose of loosening the reigns and also figuring out what to carry and what to release. The most powerful ally to peace is perspective. I am sorry that I can’t remember who wrote this quote or where I heard it, “when I finally quit being at war with the world, my life completely transformed.” I also know that I am a work in progress, but I also trust that progress is being made. It feels so much more peaceful than it did a month ago and even two weeks ago. Imagine how great it will feel in another month. Where in your life can you be the peacemaker, especially within your own soul?
Our allies this week are Archangel Chamuel and Coyote. Archangel Chamuel is the archangel of unconditional love. I find that almost every interpersonal challenge in life can come down to how we feel about ourselves, self-worth, and self-esteem. Archangel Chamuel helps us with the unconditional love of self, others, romantic relationships, and being at peace. And, also with the different aspects of love, including healing work, kindness, and compassion. Coyote is often called the trickster in that we can sometimes fool ourselves or indulge in a little self-deception. Whenever I’m aware of Coyote, I know this is a perfect opportunity for self-reflection and honesty. Coyote is also a pack animal, so you many find comfort and solace within your tribe.
Have a great week everyone, I’m sending you good vibes!
