This week the archangels would like us just to take a moment to breathe deeply and unwind. It appears that we have all been on the busy train lately. Now, it’s time to just enjoy a few moments. Do something different this week that will interrupt your current trajectory and instill new energy. We can focus and be focused and then take those moments where we relax and not be focused on anything. Sometimes giving yourself a break, and allowing your mind to wander is, in itself a good practice. When you reflect, you can stand back and look at things with fresh eyes and a clear mind. In the quiet and silent moments, what is it that you hear? Is it negative self-talk? Or do you give yourself some positive feedback for a job well done? These quiet moments are still learning and growing opportunities for me, but what I find is that in the quiet moments when I am grateful, that gratitude will shift the energy to a positive, loving, and flowing sense of grace.
Our allies this week are Archangel Haniel and Swan. Archangel Haniel is the archangel of grace, and swan’s attributes are beauty and grace. The message from both is to allow that grace to flow through you and around you by focusing on the positive and also by asking for help. When things are tough, it is possible (although sometimes it takes work), to simply shift your focus to the positive and being grateful. Here’s the coolest thing about grace . . . it is available to everyone. We can walk and be in a state of grace consistently by focusing on it and by asking our angels and guides for their help when we can’t seem to get there on our own. This week find some time to journal about the moments when you feel grace and most importantly, how you got there. That simple reflection will help you discover how you can stay in that space.
