This week the archangels would like us to focus on and connect with Spirit. We can do so in a variety of ways through prayer and meditation, by honoring our selves and living within our values and beliefs systems, and by reading inspirational and uplifting stories or books. The written word, both in fiction and nonfiction, has been the source of some incredible insight into my life. Sometimes there is nothing better to nurture your own soul than reading a fictional story that transports you to a magical place where anything is possible. While we are all doing and managing busy lives and juggling responsibilities finding the balance with that and replenishing our own soul is the heart of being at one. The new moon brought stability and grounding, as well as setting intentions for the next few months. It could be that your intention is just to be more fluid in your life and not try to swim upstream all the time. While those moments of swimming upstream strengthen us, it should not be an everyday state of mind. If it were, we would arrive at our destination exhausted and not enjoy the fruits of our labor. Archangel Michael is the archangel who allows us to have the fortitude and stamina to meet our commitments and do them well. Archangel Haniel helps us to connect to those softer attributes of Spirit, such as grace, balance, and gratitude.
Everything is always in a state of change. While things may seem like they are at a standstill, there is much work being done internally as well as behind the scenes. If you find yourself struggling to release negative emotions, please go to my website. There are several complimentary archangel meditations available https://carolandickinson.com/welcome/archangels-meditations-and-journal-pages/ as well as for instructions for healing with the archangels.
Activity: This week, find another affirmation that you love that you can use:
I love life, and life loves me~Louise Hay or Every day, and in every way, I’m am divinely guided, protected, and loved ~Archangel Michael.
In some way, create a retreat for yourself, maybe it is taking a spa day, a massage, watching a beloved movie, reading a great book, or taking a class you’ve always wanted to take. Even if you don’t have big chunks of time to do any of that, you can close the door to your office, bedroom, or somewhere else for 10 or 15 minutes and use that time to connect to Spirit and your own soul through prayer, meditation, or journal writing. Connecting to Spirit is also connecting to your own soul. It is impossible to separate the two.
More celebrating this week, see if you can identify the thing being celebrated. Be looking and expecting it as it could be something very subtle!
Have a great week everyone, I’m sending you good vibes!
