December 29th, 2020 through January 3rd, 2021 – Revisions, New Love, and the Great Mystery

Happy New Year 2021

Happy New Year!

With all of my heart, I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas with family and friends. We can all agree that 2020 has been a year that has challenged us in ways that we could not have imagined. And, with it, a new way of being has emerged. This week the archangels would like us to focus on goals and aspirations, and with it will come self-reflection and time to view how things transpired over the year. My hope for you is that you can find meaning in this last year and acknowledge your own growth and both the highs and the lows. Our helper this week as we reflect on the past and then look ahead is the full moon, Tuesday, December 29th at 8:28 p.m. MST. As with all things that have to do with letting go of the past and releasing what no longer serves you, Archangel Michael will be with us this week to assist in releasing 2020 and setting us up for the new year. There is a bit of a mini-transformation going on this week as we reflect and then embrace what is to come. Archangel Sandalphon is also with us as we set intentions (which I believe are prayers) and start looking ahead. Archangel Sandalphon is the Archangel of Music and Answered Prayers.

Here’s the tricky part. As we look ahead to 2021, it is also important to stay in the present. Looking too far ahead of your headlights will create doubt and uncertainty when there really doesn’t need to be any. In case you’re wondering how you manage to do that, I’ll share with you the magic and joy of vision boarding. I have created a tradition for myself that on New Years’ Day, I spend some time with my sister, a cup of my favorite tea, the diffuser on with my favorite oil, and lovely music going in the background. I place a bunch of magazines on the table with lots and lots of creative options that make me happy, like glittering letters, scrapbook stickers, markers, and crayons, and then let Spirt lead the way. I’m always surprised and amazed at what comes to life on that board. I post it in my office, where I can see it every day. It then becomes something that I notice that makes me smile and fills me with gratitude. The other miraculous thing is that everything on my vision board comes to pass or is in the process of becoming. It is also a great activity to do with your kids that can be fun and interactive. An option for getting inexpensive items is at Goodwill or other thrift shops. Doing a vision board is like saying to the universe, this or something better, please. After that, all that is needed is to view your vision board from time to time, smile, and get yourself out of the way.  I have placed a worksheet on my website to help you gain some clarity for the new year. You can access that here

The three words that I received for the new year are revisions, new love, and the great mystery. Revisions are about being flexible enough to go with the flow and revise your own journey as needed. One of the things that I think we have all been learning is flexibility, which will continue. There is excitement and hope around our future. Although things are not like they used to be, they will get better. Not only around COVID but, most importantly, around humanity and our relationships with each other. With that hope comes a new love of life and for the many blessings that we enjoy every day. If there is one thing that I would encourage you to do, it is to adopt a daily practice of gratitude. Gratitude has an amazing power to bring us into a place of joy. And, the law of attraction states that what you focus on you bring to you. The Great Mystery is about remembering that we are never alone and the ” “why” of things is not our responsibility to shoulder. It is the how and what that we can be most mindful of . . . what is it that I want to focus on or create . . . how do I want to show up in the world. Create your own vision board, which will be very much the how and what of things in the big picture view, and let the great mystery (your creator) worry about the nuts and bolts, and most importantly, the whys.

Cheers to 2021 and to all your visions and dreams!

Have a great week. I’m sending you good vibes.
